A better cleaning standard is essential!!! Housekeeping needs to be timely and effective!!! The blanketing arrangement was peculiar and should have included comforters!!!

We enjoyed our stay near the breathtaking Yampa Valley, a gem for outdoor fun! The easy access to Steamboat Ski Resort, just 29 miles away, made our family trip enjoyable. Plus, we appreciated the warm shower and cozy beds after a long day!

I stayed in a Beautiful Double Room during a snowboarding event and found it surprisingly quiet despite some nearby railroad activity. Convenient dining at the adjacent diner made meals easy. Although I anticipated more amenities, the microwave was a plus for quick snacks. Will return for the value.

So, I stayed in a Deluxe Double Room for one night. Honestly, there was nothing to like. The room felt super basic and low-key uncomfortable. No coffee maker, and only one sheet on the bed. just a blanket on the side. The check-in at the diner was odd, and it felt more like a place for railroad workers than a cozy hotel. Pretty disappointing overall.

It worked for what I needed. Bed, warm shower! I checked in at the diner right next to the hotel. I had a microwave in my room and enjoyed quick snacks. I don't mind simple comforts. This place suited me since I was here to explore the stunning Yampa Valley and hit the slopes a short drive away.
